Journee Webster, FNP-C
Journee is our newest provider here at Vista Healthcare and is a familiar face to many. Not only is she a native of Rexburg, but her nursing career also began here with us five years ago. She spent her time as a registered nurse in emergency medicine, where she developed a passion for critical care and the fast-paced skills that accompany it. While she valued her time in the emergency department, her passion grew for the continuity of care and lasting patient relationships that primary care offers.
Journee sees her role as a Nurse Practitioner as a privilege. She finds it humbling to care for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. She especially enjoys patient education and empowering individuals with the knowledge they need for shared decision-making about their health.
Journee grew up in a local farming family and married her high school sweetheart, who is also a local farmer. Together, they have a son and a Yorkie, Scooby. She loves being with her family. They enjoy the beautiful seasons that Idaho offers and the outdoor activities that accompany them.
